One of the best ways to stay motivated in your training and connected to the Running Hope community is through our local Running Groups.  Our Running Groups provide support, encouragement, focus, community and a point of contact for all of our team members.  When you join a Running Hope Running Group you not only surround yourself with like-minded people who will encourage and motivate you, but you become plugged into the communication network of Running Hope in a unique way.  Local Running Group Team Leaders communicate with their Running Group members to notify them of upcoming local race events, training events and group runs.
