Running for Those in Need of Hope

Below you will find a series of "How To" videos containing instruction and demonstration relative to the title of each video. The story behind these video's can only be one thing, divine! I received a call one day from a video producer asking me if I was interested in applying for the position of "Running Expert" on the new upcoming LiveStrong.com web site! I paused for one second questioning in my head if they had the right guy, this is Lance Armstrong's web site! It only took me one more second to say YES!! What an incredible opportunity to be feature as a running expert on a website that is endorsed by Lance! (BTW: it's because of the A-T CureTour last year that I was accepted!)

All that said the web site has now been launched and the 10 video's that I filmed are online. We thought these video's would be a great resource to offer on the Running Hope web site so our members can watch them and ask me questions about training and running.
