Running for Those in Need of Hope: Training

Nutrition Tips by: World Renown Nutrition Expert Nancy Clark

I met Nancy Clark in 2007 when I was running a marathon tour across the U.S. She came out to run with me while I was in her hometown of Boston. We had a great time together and spent most of the run discuss what I was eating and how I was staying energized while running 26.2 miles a day for 63 consecutive days.

Nancy has been very generous in allowing me to share with you all her professional advise as it relates to nutrition for everyone, from short distance walking to long distance running and everything in between. We will feature her latest articles here on the Training page of the Running Hope web site. You will find a link to the monthly articles below along with a short bio of Nancy Clark.
